The International Dance clubs in Balboa Park will host their annual Spring Festival. Each day will host different master dance teachers and international song and dance. Between the teaching and performances will be open - request dancing from many countries. There will vendors selling arts, crafts, clothes, and other spring gifts at the village marketplace. All in the Balboa Park Club Ballroom.
