The Roger Anderson Chorale finishes their free 2019 concert series with American music and its deep-rooted influences in African culture. Songs highlight the spiritual self and include I Got Shoes, Motherless Child and Kuimba.

Early Summer concerts will focus on American Music and it's deep-rooted influences from African Culture, highlighting the origin of the Spiritual itself and it's place as the start of true World Music.

The Roger Anderson Chorale will perform works to include "I Got Shoes," "Motherless Child," "Live-A-Humble," "Ride the Chariot" and "Kuimba" among others.

This is a free concert, donations accepted. Reserve your seats now, the theater will fill up!

Part of the donation proceeds goes towards scholarship fund for The Institute for Young Dramatic Voices.
