San Diego

Don Liponi, Ph.D. will give a slideshow lecture of the prehistoric paintings of the first people of San Diego County. The Kumeyaay and their direct ancestors have been living in SDC for 10,000 years and these paintings are the only direct communications that they have left for us. Don will discuss the mysteries surrounding these beautiful paintings as we take a ""road trip"" through our mountain and desert wilderness often in remote cave settings. Our group has published two stunning volumes on this artwork that the reader is welcome to look at or buy. Proceeds support Kumeyaay education.
