Taking inspiration from PHANTOM OF THE PARADISE and THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW, Macoto Tezka (son of manga legend Osamu Tezuka) and friends transformed the soundtrack to a movie that didn’t exist into a real-life motion picture. And THE LEGEND OF THE STARDUST BROTHERS was born! The story follows a shady music mogul who brings together a punk and new-waver to form the Stardust Brothers—a silver-jumpsuited, synth-pop sensation. A wild cult hit in Japan, this newly-restored, unsung gem returns to the big screen for the first time in decades.
