Due to the full-scale russian invasion in Ukraine, tens of thousands of Ukrainians, fleeing the war, found refuge in a small town on western Ukraine. A local director decides to involve non-profecionals actors - displaced people - in bringing his dream into life: to stage the King Lear play.
To look for and find the answers to the eternal questions at the time of war and despair may help us all understand why this world should not perish..

Film directed by Dmytro Hreshko; presentation by its producer Polina Herman.
