Viva Mexico! at the Mingei

The Mingei International Museum in Balboa Park is marking 200 years of Mexican independence with a display of 150 folk art objects, which include glazed and painted plates that depict iconic figures from the nation?s history. "Viva Mexico" opens on Feb. 28 and remains on view until Jan. 2, 2011
