The Oceanside Samoan Cultural Celebration 2010 combines community spirit with youth sports, along with plenty of food and music. The celebration's main events happen all day July 10th at the Oceanside Pier Plaza Amphitheater. Events include a special tribute to those who died in the 2009 Samoan tsunami, an invocation and church and youth ministries presentations. The 1st Samoan Congregational Church and Choir will perform, as will the music groups Spawnbreezie, Nadrua, the San Luis Rey Catholic Youth, the Samoan Fireknife Dancers and Trey Smoov.
