The 7th annual San Diego International Children's Film Festival concludes with nine full-length Chinese family films, plus filmmaker appearances and workshop. All day Friday and Saturday at the Hall of Nations in Balboa Park, and from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday Aug. 29 at the AMN Healthcare Theater in Del Mar Heights.
