Annual international fest sponsored by International Folk Dancers of Balboa Park. Saturday promises workshops for beginners of all ages in folk dance,waltz, chottische, others. Dance festival on Sunday boasts costumed dancers performing dances from all over world. Folk arts, crafts, clothing sales, German food available.
