In conjunction with Toulouse Lautrec?s Paris, the Museum is pleased to present Vanessa Schwartz, Professor of History, Art History and Film at the University of Southern California. She is the author of Spectacular Realities: Early Mass Culture in Fin-de-Siecle Paris and It?s So French: Hollywood, Paris and the Making of Cosmopolitan Film Culture. Ms. Schwartz will be speaking on the development of cinema and theatre in Paris, during the time of Toulouse-Lautrec.
