Now in its sixth year at Museum of Photographic Arts, the San Diego Italian Film Festival has grown into an amazing conduit to enjoy Italian culture. In its entirety, the San Diego Italian Film Festival runs from October 26 through November 11, and features 17 spectacular Italian movies that evoke laughter, tears, and passion.
Tonight, the San Diego Italian Film Festival presents Tutta Colpa di Giuda (Freedom) (2009), an musical comedy film written and directed by Davide Ferrario. The film is a prison-set musical about a female theater director who sets up a reinterpretation of the Crucifixion.
