A community celebration of the cultures of the Middle East begins with a cooking demonstration by Joe Salim of the Sahara Restaurant at 11:30 AM. This will be followed by a kids' cookie decorating craft program at 1:00 PM and a performance of Middle Eastern dance by Dilek Hoss and members of the Arabina Dance Company at 2:00 PM.
