The International Dance Association of San Diego County presents its Annual Dance Festival at the Balboa Park Club on
Dances from around the world will be demonstrated and taught every half hour throughout the afternoon: International Folk Dancers - San Diego 'N' Line Dancers - Reels and Squares Variety Dancing - Balboa Park Dancers (Ballroom) - Bon Temps Social Club (Cajun/Zydeco) - Pride of Erin Irish Ceili Dancers - Moreton Bay Fig Morris (English) - Royal Scottish Country Dance Society - Waltz & Such Vintage Social Dancers - Academy of Highland Dancers. Come learn easy steps to fun dances led by dancers of the IDA dressed in colorful costumes. The International Dance Association of San Diego County is a non-profit organization sponsored by the San Diego Park and Recreation Department, and dedicated to promoting and encouraging dancing as a social recreation. Member clubs offer classes for beginners and experienced dancers. All clubs welcome new dancers. Partners are not required to participate. Or, just come and watch the demonstrations. Everyone is welcome at the Dance Festival in the park. This is a fun family event.
