On the third Friday of selected months, student projects and current research will be featured. All presentations begin at noon and last approximately one hour. Bring a lunch and notebook. Drinks will be provided.
This month Dr. Phil Goscienski, the Stone Age Doc, will examine the role of grain and human consumption. The core concept is that cereal grains provide most of the food energy of the world. However, human metabolism is poorly suited to them.
