Sitar master Kartik Seshadri performs Indian classical ragas, accompanied by Arup Chattopadhyay, tabla. Seshadri's CD "Sublime Ragas" was ranked among Songlines magazine's Top Ten World last year. He has collaborated with Philip Glass and performed at venues such as the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, and Carnegie Hall. The concert is a tribute to Seshadri's mentor Ravi Shankar, who died in December; and to Shankar's mentor Alauddin Khan. Box Office: (858) 534-3448.
