The afternoon includes hors d?oeurvres from "The French Kitchen Cookbook" prepared by award-winning Chef Jeff Jackson, book discussion, Q&A, signed cookbook, a donation to the American Institute of Wine & Food scholarship program, and an opportunity to meet the author up close and personal in an intimate setting.
The Lodge will also be offering a special French dinner immediately following the event featuring recipes from "The French Kitchen Cookbook." This special evening is a fundraising event for the American Institute of Wine & Food scholarship program.
