Convivio and Cinema Little Italy present one of cinema?s greatest combinations of filmmaking and musical performance. Zeffirelli?s visual extravaganza, together with the sublime music by Verdi, combine to make a memorable work of art. Dr. Nic Reveles with San Diego Opera will introduce this film by Franco Zeffirelli. Chef Giuseppe Monaco of Cucina Caprese will also have his mobile wood-fired oven in the parking lot cooking up hot, fresh pizzas for cash-and-carry! Pizzas in the parking lot beginning at 6:00 PM; Film program begins at 8:00 PM. Your admission includes coffee, desserts, and Italian sodas.
