Katsuya chefs Joe Bracero and Jason Velasquez will lead their pupils in an educational sushi-rolling demonstration, followed by hands-on instruction. Beer, bites, a bottle of sake, and a take-home bamboo maki roller are included in the class price. Age limit: 21+
