Come celebrate the music, the dances, and the romance of the Strauss Era at San Diego's premier Viennese Ball!
The Grand Pacific Waltz Orchestra will play authentic period music for waltzes, polkas, set dances and much more, including a 1915 set in honor of the Panama-California Expo Centennial!
Light refreshments included. Non-dancers welcome!
By popular demand, Danse Libre will again perform during one of the music breaks, and renowned dance mistress Joan Walton will serve as ball precept. Ms. Walton will also conduct a pre-ball "Survival Waltz" workshop at the venue, noon-2 pm. Hosted by the San Diego Vintage Dance Society.
The deadline for table orders is January 20th.
