Kodo Drummers of Japan return to La Jolla Music Society with a new and innovative program, ?Kodo One Earth Tour: Mystery.? The drummers transport the audience to a place that conjures the spirit of the Japanese people and their indigenous nature.
Exploring the limitless possibilities of the traditional Japanese drum, the taiko, ?Mystery? includes scenes inspired by traditional folk dances, along with newly created scenes by members of Kodo and pieces from their classic repertoire.
