Culinary Historians of San Diego will present "Food Stories of India," featuring Prem Souri Kishore.

Prem Kishore is an author, lecturer, audio professional and travel writer who was raised in India. Her presentation will cover the food traditions and rituals she recalls from the kitchens of her mother and grandmother. She will take her audience throughout the diverse landscapes of her native land as she describes the spices, origins of ingredients and explores the deep connection between food and people.

Kishore is the author of India: A Culinary Journey.
