Hafa adai! The Chamorro community in the mainland presents its biggest festival of the year with the 6th Annual Chamorro Cultural Fest.
For the first time, the festival has been moved from its original location in southeast San Diego to the California State University San Marcos campus. The event is hosted by the Che?lu organization, dedicated to Chamorro cultural education.
The centerpiece of the fest are displays and workshops, giving visitors a chance to learn about the Chamorro culture. With vendors, entertainment, and this year, a beer garden.
