Dr. Eugene Kontorovich, Professor of Law, Northwestern University School of Law is a Senior Fellow at the Kohelet Policy Forum in Jerusalem. Dr. Kontorovich is the fourth speaker in the Master Lecture Series sponsored by the Department of Jewish Studies. He is one of the world?s preeminent experts on international law and the Israel-Arab conflict and is regularly called on to advise legislators and cabinet members in the U.S., Israel, and Europe on questions pertaining to Israel and international law.
