Dark Paradise is an experimental arrangement of traditional Balinese gamelan repertoire fitting a narrative of romanticizing darkness as processes of refinement. An all-star cast of performers intertwine for a night of Balinese gamelan overlooking beautiful La Jolla shores. Come for a one time performance of this clash and enjoy an evening of the fiery and flashy, gamelan gong kebyar which was last performed in San Diego in 2006.
