For this year's Lawn Program, the House of Poland is celebrating the Polish Constitution Day for three days! The celebration commemorates the Polish Constitution, which on May 3, 1791, was the first written constitution in Europe and the second in the world, after the United States.
Entertainment will be provided by local groups who will perform folk dances in regional native costumes and play music depicting the Polish heritage.
Traditional Polish dishes will be offerred, including pierogi, stuffed cabbage, polish sausages and bigos (hunter?s stew) and a variety of pastries.
