Southwestern College presents Julia Alvarez's drama (translated by Caridad Svich) about the legendary Mirabal sisters of the Dominican Republic. The "butterflies," as they were called, led the underground movement against the dictator Rafael Trujillo in 1960. Sandra Cortez directs.
