Statewide Folk Dance Festival with Yves Moreau and Richard Powers. With your choice of dancing to recorded music in Balboa Park Club, or a Kafana with live music by Dromia for your dancing and listening pleasure in the Recital Hall. There will be workshops by Yves and Richard, an auction, lunch and an after party ice cream social at the Folk Dance Center.
