A culinary trip to the Mediterranean to explore a variety of dishes influenced by the cuisines of Italy, Spain, France, and Greece.
In this hands-on class, participants will learn to combine fresh seasonal ingredients and unique spices. The chef instructor will teach techniques for grilling, making Mediterranean summer salad, and creating tzatziki sauce from scratch. There will also be instruction on inventive ways to use grape leaves and finish off on a sweet note with homemade ice cream featuring baklava, the quintessential Mediterranean treat.
