Join us for a social evening with research assistant Godfrey Coker, who will share his perspective on the Global Impact of the United Nations.

Born in Sierra Leone, a small country on the west coast of Africa, Coker reflects on his journey from seeking refuge in the United States during the raging civil war in his home country to his completion of his PhD at Indiana University in Indianapolis.

Listen to his personal account of how the interventions of the United Nations was a staunch support system that provided his family with basic necessities and learn about the resettle programs of the Department of Homeland Security and the UNHCR. In the House of Denmark.
