This day is significant because it is in memory of the first King of Hungary, King Stephen I (St. Stephen). The entertainment is usually provided by the ?Karpatok Folkdance Ensemble? from Los Angeles and Joann and Joe Semegi from Sun City to entertain the crowd with beautiful Hungarian folk dances and songs.
The food served on that day besides the Hungarian sausage sandwich are crepes (palacsinta), fried dough (langos) and authentic Hungarian pastries.
