This Indonesian Cultural Festival is presented to you by 160 Indonesian students and educators who traveled to the United States to study American culture and the English language. Experience the delight and beauty of the Equatorial Emerald: Indonesia, made up of an archipelago comprising more than 17,000 islands with about 300 different ethnic groups.
Each cultural identity developed over centuries and has been influenced by Indian, Arabic, Chinese, and European origins. It is one of the most rapidly developing countries steeped with a depth of cultural elegance. Relax as we take you on a journey of traditional music and dance from the tip of Aceh across two million square miles of land and sea to the very end of Irian Jaya (Papua).
