Charles Martoglio,Vice-Admiral, USN (ret.) will discuss ?US / China relationship in terms of the geo-strategic competition with America and with many of the nations in East Asia.? He will focus on the diplomatic and military elements of national power, the challenges facing China?s leaders, and mitigating the risk of misunderstanding and conflict that could arise from the competition. He is a former Director for Operations at US Pacific Command, and the former Deputy Commander of US European Command.
