The book and presentation concerns lies and hypocrisies in Iraq, Syria, Israel, Iran, Pakistan, India and the US. Certainly, there are varying levels of deception among these seven countries. Mr. Sarram will discuss the consequences and results as they pertain to global security. With an abundance of public information available concerning nuclear issues, the author provides insight from his experience as a nuclear engineer and a pioneer of Iran?s nuclear technological development.

Mr. Sarram was born in Iran, 1942 and has been a US citizen since 1988, with US security Clearance 1988-1996. He came to the US in 1961, and completed a postgraduate degree in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Michigan, 1967. Mr. Sarram has had a US Atomic Energy Commission Senior Reactor Operator License since 1963 and over 47 years of experience in nuclear engineering. He has visited 38 countries, mostly with major nuclear projects, and after completing his education in the US, he went back to Iran in 1967 and became the supervisor of the 5 MW research reactor, and an assistant professor at Tehran University, 1967. In 1974, Mr. Sarram was transferred to the newly established Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), and became the Director of Nuclear Safeguards and Security of AEOI. After the regime change in 1979, he left Iran in 1981 and worked at the department of safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, Austria.
