Based on the One Book: One San Diego selected title "Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Zaf?n, the Valley Center Branch hosts a special performance by Anthony Garcia, classical flamenco guitarist along with an authentic flamenco dancer. Light Tapas and refreshments.
