House of Czech and Slovak Republics Lawn Program

The House of Czech and Slovak Republics lawn program will feature Slovak and Czech music and songs, as well as dances of both countries performed on the stage in front of the International Cottages. Artifacts from the Czech and Slovak Republics will be on display in the Czech and Slovak Cottage.

Ethnic food will be available for purchase at reasonable prices. Park visitors will be able to enjoy sausage and kapusta. Also available will be national pastries including a variety of kolaches, apple strudel, walnut rozky and poppy seed cakes. Food will be on sale from noon to 4:00 PM both days on the lawn in front of the Czech and Slovak Cottage.

Returning this year will be a Slovak gift shop featuring holiday and imported items.
