The exhibit is featuring 16 Central European artists and has unique combination of styles: from expressive celebration of life to philosophical questions "who are we and where are we headed" to humor or homage to well-known historical styles. The show features a variety of media - oil, acrylics, mixed media, needlepoint, graphite, photography, and painted furniture.
The objective of the exhibit, organized and curated by Marketa Hancova, is to celebrate the beauty of diversity, to introduce a diaspora of which is not much known. The exhibit also serves as a token of appreciation to the American public which included us so kindly into their lives lived in freedom and democracy.
