Enjoy a basket weaving demonstration and discussion with special guest artist, Jeremy Frey, a Passamaquoddy basketweaver from Maine. His work is featured in many prominent museum collections, including the Smithsonian, and he won ?Best in Show? at both the Sante Fe Indian Market and the Heard Indian Market in 2011. Jeremy comes from a long line of native weavers, specializing in ash fancy baskets, a traditional form of Wabanaki weaving.
