Ambassador Reno Harnish (ret.) is the Program Chair for the downtown Council. He is a former ambassador to Azerbaijan, and he will speak about, Developments in Kosovo, Azerbaijan, and Central Asia. These lands which lie between Russia, Eastern Europe, and the Mideast, are of increasing strategic and humanitarian importance.
