Our instructor will walk you through fundamental Thai techniques, including knife skills, wok cooking and more. You?ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you learn to braise chicken in coconut milk and prepare Thai-style pork larb. Plus, we?ll share secrets for creating a traditional Thai dessert featuring forbidden rice.
