Jonathan Crick, Mary Lu Brandwein, and Bruce Jones will perform on the Japanese bamboo flute. Jonathan Crick began to study shakuhachi in Japan in 1973 and performs continuously around San Diego. Mary Lu Brandwein has performed across the country in venues ranging from universities to saxophonist Kenny G's 40th birthday party. Bruce Jones has been playing shakuhachi for about 20 years.
