North Coast Rep's New Works Reading Series presents plays-in-progress by new and emerging playwrights. Evan Smith's new comedy is inspired by the making of the movie The Day the Clown Cried. Famous comedian Jerry Louis faces "a moral dilemma when he undertakes the film role of a circus clown in Auschwitz."
