The Thai classes are proving to be a hit, so here is part three. Thai food translates well to a home kitchen because it is fast, easy, and delicious.

Menu: Steamed shrimp dumplings with nam prik; larb moo, Thai minced pork in crispy lettuce cups; pad si ew, wide noodle stir fry with Chinese broccoli; beef panang curry with rice; Thai iced tea mousse.
