Film Forum has found a new home at the Chula Vista Public Library, Civic Center Branch. The free monthly film series will begin on Wednesday, March 23. There will be a free mini concert before the film, featuring San Diego singer-songwriter Nina Francis at 5:30 PM The film begins at 6:00 PM
