The Grossmont College Creative Writing Program will host its 20th annual Literary Arts Festival.

This year?s event features several writers, including Raymond M. Wong, author of ?I?m Not Chinese: The Journey from Resentment to Reverence,? winner of a 2015 San Diego Book Award for Best Published Memoir; Tod Goldberg, author of the acclaimed genre novels ?Gangsterland? and ?Living Dead Girl;? Natalie Diaz, author of the award-winning collection ?When My Brother was an Aztec;? and David T. Martinez, a San Diego native and author of ?Hustle,? his debut collection of poems.

Opening the festival at 7:00 PM Monday, April 25, at Griffin Gate is the popular New Voices student reading, which features the semester's standout Creative Writing students reading their original short fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, novel excerpts, drama, and mixed media literary works.
