Climate Change and National Security: Science and Policy

On May 2, 2016 Retired U.S. Ambassador Reno Harnish and Scripps Institution of Oceanography Researcher Dr. Scott Sellars will speak on the physical risks and policy dilemmas caused by the advance of climate change. The issues of food shortages, rising water levels and seriously impacted populations can be expected to seriously complicate international relations.
