The Athenaeum Jazz at TSRI fall series begins on Saturday, October 7, with a special celebration of the 100th birthday of jazz giant Thelonious Monk by Danilo P?rez with Ben Street and Adam Cruz, featuring P?rez on piano, Street on bass, and Cruz on drums.
Monk is universally regarded as one of jazz?s greatest icons and his enduring influence is still paramount today.
