A joint performance of Mariachi Toreros de USD and the Greater San Diego Chamber Orchestra, with special soloist Javier Rodriguez of Los Angeles on trumpet. The concerts will be first of a series of performances in the 2017-2018 season in which the two groups will explore music combining the Mexican Mariachi band with orchestra. Directed by USD music faculty Serafin Paredes and Dr. Angela Yeung.
