Join us for the kick-off to Shabbat San Diego weekend. Enjoy an evening of unity and inspiration, kneading and braiding delicious challah (bread) to adorn the Jewish Shabbat tables.
Challah Bakes will be held in five locations:
Oceanside (1930 Sunset Drive);
North Coastal (11860 Carmel Creek Rd);
East County (6660 Cowles Mountain Blvd);
Beth Jacob (4855 College Ave); and
South County (5012 Central Ave).
World Renowned Chef, Sara Briman from Mexico City, will lead the North Coastal Challah Bake. In 2013, Sara was recognized with the Five Star Diamond Award for the "Best Challah In The World", a very prestigious award given by the American Academy of Hospitality Services.
