Join David Ofek, one of Israel's leading filmmakers and current Schusterman Visiting Israeli Artist at San Diego State University for a special screening of his film, In Between. This film tells the story of Dana and Amit who met when they were 25, married and had two children. Soon after their second child, Amit turned ultra-orthodox. Dana stayed secular. They are still very much in love. Will their love be able to overcome the growing gaps between them?
In true Ofek style, the film depicts unique Israeli scenes and dilemmas and draws a fine line between documentary and drama.
