A juried, five-day film festival of narrative, documentary, animation, and Latino features and shorts. Films will be screened at the 180-seat Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center. Networking events and parties occur at local resorts throughout the weekend. The promoters say, ?We?re an old-school film festival. Packed houses and a raucous Q&A are part of the event.? There are several international films in the festival.
